Vacancy - Client Director – Training & Networks

The role:

The role will be responsible for leading, motivating and developing Team Leaders on existing Programmes belonging to your Client base, together with, managing the key contacts within your designated client portfolio.

Input into Programmes to ensure retention of programmes is achieved, whilst working closely with Operations Director and Business Development Department to create and participate in the successful growth of DEKRA business in the UK.

Additional responsibility for overseeing Training areas of the business including Client, Internal DEKRA Certification and Internal DEKRA People Development.

This will be a challenging and high-profile position with full operational responsibility reporting directly into the Operations Director. This is a great opportunity for an individual to join an evolving organisation, focusing on sustainable growth.

Ideal Candidate

To be considered for this Client Director position you must have experience in the following areas:

  • Proven Team Leader experiences gained in a people management capacity within an account management environment
  • Strong Leadership skills
  • Knowledge of the DEKRA products across all areas
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, able to communicate with a wide range of people
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Proactive and highly self-motivated
  • Ability to manipulate numerical data confidently
  • Project management accreditation preferable

Location:

Head Office in Stokenchurch Buckinghamshire. Extensive UK travel as well as overseas travel will be required.

Salary:

Competitive basic salary & OTE plus company car, private healthcare insurance and pension

Contract:

Full time, permanent
